How long till I receive my canvas ticket?
We will have your new canvas ticket ready for delivery within 4 days, most places in Australia is only 1-2 days delivery time.
I don’t live in a city or town, can you still deliver?
Yes, we haven’t found a location we can’t deliver to. Please contact us for a specific quote to your location.
My ticket is not one of the ones mentioned; can I still get it put on canvas?
Not a problem, send us your ticket or jpeg and we will work out a size for you based on the ratio of your ticket.
Is my original ticket destroyed?
No, your original ticket is not harmed in the making of your canvas ticket - we will return your original ticket with your new canvas ticket.
My ticket has marks and stains on it, can you remove these?
Yes, we can. Just make sure you put the request to have it cleaned up when you submit your order. For badly degraded tickets there will be a restoration fee applied.
Can I have multiple tickets on a canvas ticket?
Yes, we can put your whole ticket collection on a single canvas - contact us for details.
